Global Technical Capability Graph
A machine-readable network of who in the world can actually manufacture, test, certify, repair or engineer specific things.

01 Problem
Finding real capability is search by rumor.
Directories list company names, not what a company's equipment and people can actually do, to what tolerance, at what volume.
The result is that serious sourcing still runs on personal referral, because nothing machine-readable describes who can genuinely do what.
02 Why existing approaches fail
Self-description is not capability.
The existing sources describe companies in their own words, which is the problem.
- Supplier directories
Supplier directories are self-reported marketing, not verified capability.
- Sourcing platforms
Sourcing platforms optimize for commodity parts, where capability differences barely register.
- Tribal knowledge
The knowledge of who can genuinely build a thing lives in the heads of a few procurement veterans, and it retires with them.
03 System
Evidence in, candidates out.
The graph is built from evidence rather than self-description. Capability claims are extracted, checked against verification signals, and only then made queryable.

04 What exists today
A data model and early extraction runs.
What exists today is the data model and a set of extraction experiments, built on the partner-network intake ALIA Labs already runs.
Nothing beyond those experiments has been built.
05 Evidence
What we can show.
No published evidence yet. This section fills as experiments produce results worth showing.
06 Status
The program, stated plainly.
This table is the actual state of the program. It changes when the state changes, not before.

07 What comes next
The graph grows with the network.
The graph grows as the partner network grows. Its first internal use is routing ALIA's own sourcing work.
08 Work with us
Can your organization manufacture, test or engineer things the world cannot find?
Introduce yourself. The network is built from verified capability, and it starts with organizations willing to show theirs.
